Palms of Goa on Charlotte Street was the first Goan restaurant in the West End, opened by Eugene Dias and Shabhidin Gharuk in 1994 to give West Enders a new experience beyond the usual Indian curry houses. Palms of Goa aims to give you a true taste of Goa with its Goan specialities, made with the freshest ingredients and finest spice combinations, using home-made sauces and no artificial colourings or additives. No service charge is added, and the restaurant runs its own charity, "I Can See Through Palms".
