2. Entry (£10 singles & £20 Doubles)
3. Format - Round robin 1st Round - 11 points per set) 8 groups - only top team goes to quarters for Men’s Singles/Mens Doubles & 4 groups for other 3 Tournaments and top Team from each group goes to Semis)* *Knock out* - Quarters, Semis & Finals (3 sets of 15)
*Finals to be 3 sets of 21 if time permits*
4. Refreshments (Water & Snacks)
5. Shuttles (Plastic - Mavis 300)
6. 5 Tournaments (Men’s Singles, Ladies singles, Mixed Doubles, Men’s Doubles & Men’s Over 50’s)
7. Last day of entry 11 April 2024 (5pm Deadline)
8. Timing - 10-6pm (Warm up - 10 to 10.15) Start at 10.15am (Prize distribution - 6pm)

10.Max number of entries per event (Men’s Singles/Mens Doubles = 32 entries.
Mixed Doubles/Ladies Singles/Over 50’s =16)
11. Umpiring (Need volunteers from the player groups/Non players -Minimum 12 Volunteers
12. *Goan/Goan origin only*
13. Non league/ County players ONLY
14. Non active league/County players can take part (3 years of being Inactive)
